Q: What services do you offer?

A: We provide comprehensive telehealth services including:

  • Primary care

  • Weight loss management (including IF, semaglutide, and tirzepatide programs, oral meds available)

  • Mental health care (anxiety, depression, etc…)

  • IV nutritional therapy (North Carolina Charlotte and surrounding areas clients only)

Q: What states do you serve?

A: We are currently licensed to provide care in New York and North Carolina. Ohio and MD coming soon…

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We operate from 5 PM to 12 AM Eastern Time M-F, offering flexible evening appointments to accommodate those who seek later appointments . Sat/Sun 6 AM to 11 PM.

Q: What are your fees?

A: Our initial visit fee is $99 for primary care, weight loss, and mental health visits. For IV therapy services, the initial visit fee is applied towards the total cost of your therapy treatment.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we do accept:

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA)

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

  • Paypal Credit/Pay Later

  • Major credit/debit cards

Q: How do telehealth appointments work?

A: We use Spruce Health, a secured telehealth platform, for virtual appointments. After scheduling, you'll receive instructions to join your video consultation from any device with internet access.

A: We serve clients aged 18-65 who reside in New York, North Carolina and Ohio. Expanding to other states soon…
